Bathroom to wetroom conversion with wood effect porcelain tiles.
Customer wanted to convert bathroom to a wetroom and main obstacle customer faced was waterproofing a room and keeping existing pump.
They Contacted me in and ask for my help in designing, material and tiles choice and a quote for a project.
This was a third bathroom in a property they wanted to convert it to a spacious shower room with shower in place of a bath with original position for toilet and basin and no need for storage space
Bathroom had a pump so we have to leave a pump in a room but to conceal it. We hide it under a window in a box witch goes across a room and is used to conceal all pipe work including flush cistern.
Also it had a second window witch was situated above toilet and did not open so we got it blank off and to compensate for lack of light we have installed additional spotlight,
