Wetroom is an open shower space where the room and the showering area blend seamlessly with one another to create an open living space. There are no steps or obstructions and the drain is set into the floor, so all you get is simple, uncluttered space. Aside from looking totally stunning a wetroom is in fact safer, easier to maintain, and more reliable then conventional shower enclosure.
A bathroom is in the most literal sense "a room with a bath". Because the traditional bathtubs have partly made way for modern showers, including steam showers, the more general definition is "a room where one bathes". There can be just a shower, just a bathtub or both.
